Our Mission
E.A.R. to the Ground is about making it a priority to agree with the heart and counsel of God to discern the wisdom and exercise the authority needed to see improvement in education, schools, and other learning environments.
ENGAGED
We must learn to relate to and touch our children and their teachers where they are.
ACCOUNTABLE
We must also come into community, collaborate, and do what is needed inspired by the wisdom and counsel of God.
RESPONSIBLE
Our responsibility is to put our feet down where we are and say: These are our children. This is our city. This is our school district. These are our schools because this is where God has put us.

Our Founder
Patricia H. Marino, Ph.D.
Artist · Author · Consultant · Coach
Dr. Marino has historically delighted in giving back as a teacher and engagement specialist in several ways. Through poetry and storytelling as Artist of the Story, Grande, she has been described as being reminiscent of Maya. Her culture honoring performance of the dialect poetry of Paul Laurence Dunbar remain quintessential to her inspiring brand. In 2018, Dr. Marino published Earthen Vessel: Poetry Prose and Spirit, her second book of prose and verse
She has been the founding principal of PathMark Innovations, LLC Since 2012. She facilitates quarterly coaching cohorts, presents success and beyond personal development workshops, including critical reflection. Dr. Patricia enjoys conducting deep dive mentoring retreats.
She shares from a literal ten-year treasure trove of original deep-dive studies of favorite scripture passages as Patricia Marino Ministries, an online inspirational teaching and spiritual equipping resource.
